Community Ski Free Day

Local residents are invited to enjoy a day of free cross-country skiing and other winter activities at Quarry Road Trails in Waterville on Saturday, February 11. Skiers can enjoy a free day of day of cross country skiing, and a free afternoon of downhill skiing on the rope tow ski hill. Cross country ski equipment is available to rent in the Welcome Center.

Winter Fun Day includes several family-friendly activities between 10am and 2pm. Free activities include snow shoe tours, story walk, terrain park, scavenger hunt, snowbank art, obstacle course, fire pit with s’mores. Community Partners for this event are Inland Hospital, Waterville Creates, Children’s Discovery Museum and Friends of Quarry Road.
